Processing is based on legitimate interests in handling correspondence and protecting the service, contractual necessity where applicable, or legal obligations for statutory requests. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or sensitive files.
Security and providers
Cloudflare hosts this website, runs Turnstile verification and request rate limiting, and delivers form messages to our mailbox. Cloudflare processes technical information including IP address and browser signals to detect abuse. Google processes correspondence in our support mailbox. No advertising or analytics trackers are added by this site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Retention
Correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the enquiry and related follow-up, or to meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Security data is handled under the providers' applicable retention rules. We do not store message contents in a separate website database or application logs.
